Who we are
Achor Studio is a small clothing brand founded by Whitaker Jones. Questions about your data? Write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Order details: items, shipping address, phone number and email, so we can deliver and support your order.
- Saved items: your wishlist, saved addresses and the cart linked to your account.
- Messages you send us, and your email if you join the list or ask to be notified about a product.
We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
- To take payment, ship orders and handle returns.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To email news and restocks, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions, and to keep the store secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe, for payments, fraud checks and tax calculation.
- Supabase, for our database and sign-in.
- Resend, for sending email.
- Our website host, [Vercel], and shipping carriers.
- Google or Apple, only if you choose to sign in with them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and storage
We use only what the store needs: a sign-in cookie, and your cart saved in your browser. We use no analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for [7 years] to meet tax and accounting rules. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
- See or edit your details any time in your account.
- Delete your account from the same page. Your saved items are erased. Order records we must keep are unlinked from you.
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or for corrections, by emailing us.
Children
The store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For big changes, we will tell you by email.
