Shipping & Returns

Plain terms, so you know what to expect.

Shipping

Orders ship within [3–5 business days]. We make small runs, so timing can shift around new releases. You will get an email with tracking when your order leaves us.

  • Standard shipping is $8. Orders over $150 ship free.
  • We ship to: United States, Canada.
  • Delivery usually takes [3–7 business days] after shipping.
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.
  • For orders outside the United States, duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within [30 days] of delivery. We refund the original payment method.

  • To start a return, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number.
  • We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before that.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty.
  • Refunds are issued within [5–10 business days] of us receiving the return.

Exchanges

Pieces are made in small runs. If you need a different size, tell us. We will swap it if we have it in stock.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within [7 days] with photos. We will make it right.

Cancelling an order

Need to change or cancel? Write to us quickly. Once an order has shipped, it can only be returned.
